We, Sean Brady Construction & Engineering Limited, intend to apply to Meath County Council for permission for a residential development on lands at Townparks, Athboy, Co. Meath. The development will consist of the construction of a residential development containing a total of 85 no. residential units consisting of 13 no. 4 - bed dwellings, 36 no. 3 - bed dwellings, 28 no. 2 - bed dwellings and a 2-storey block containing 8 no. own-door 1 - bed residential units. Permission is also sought for the demolition of derelict structures on-site to be replaced by construction of a creche. The proposed development also includes permission for connections to existing foul main, watermain and surface water discharge, drainage, landscaped open space, planting, boundary treatments, car parking, bicycle provision, set down area and all ancillary and associated site development works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and accompanies this application. The application together with the Natura Impact Statement (NIS) may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the planning authority during its public opening hours. A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made to the authority in writing on payment of the prescribed fee of €20 within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. Any such submissions or observations will be considered by the planning authority in making a decision on the application. The planning authority may grant permission subject to or without conditions or may refuse to grant permission.
