the development will consist of the demolition of the existing residential dwelling and garden room on site (c. 524.94 sq.m) and the construction of 51 no. residential units as follows: I. 23 no. houses consisting of: 19 no. 2-storey houses, comprising 17 no. 3-bedroom semi-detached and 2 no. mid-terrace 2-bedroom units and 4 no. 2 and a half storey, semi-detached 4-bedroom houses; ii. 28 no. apartment units in 1 no. 4-storey and 3 no. 3-storey buildings comprising 4 no. 1-bedroom apartment units, 21 no. 2-bedroom apartment units and 3 no. 3-bedroom apartment units, all with private amenity space/balcony; iii.
