The development will consist of alterations to the previously permitted planning reference no. 22959 that permitted 69 dwellings (which included 7no. 2 bed 2-storey terrace dwellings, 51 no. 3 bed 2-storey terrace dwellings, 4no. 4 bed 2-storey semi-detached dwellings, 7no. 4 bed 3-storey terrace dwellings) to now include the construction of (a) 81 no. residential units including (i) 18 no. 2 storey 3 bed semi detached units; (ii) 34 no. 2 storey 3 bed end terrace units; (iii) 13 no. 2 storey 3 bed mid terrace units; (iv) 16 no. 2 storey 2 bed mid terrace units; (b) all other works under previously permitted planning reference no. 22959 and (c) all other ancillary site development works including hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, lighting, SuDs, above and below ground services to facilitate the development and all other associated site development works.
