The proposed development consists of 71 no. 2 storey houses, comprised of 3 no. 2 bed, 63 no. 3 bed and 5 no.4 bed, detached, semi-detached and terraced houses. Access to the proposed development will via the adjoining permitted residential development to the north (under Ref. 23/873) which has a permitted vehicular entrance off the Dublin Road. The proposed development also provides for all associated site development works, above & below ground, public open space, hard and soft landscaping & boundary treatments, surface car parking, bin & bicycle storage, ESB Sub-station & public lighting etc., all on an overall application site area of c.2.1 hectares.
