The proposed development will comprise amendments to the gardens / amenity areas of 12 no. approved units and re-aligned rear boundaries associated with approved unit Nos. 59 – 70; the garden depths being reduced, the rear boundary to be formed by a 2 metre high rendered block and brick pillar wall and the inclusion of an opening for a pedestrian link between Unit Nos. 58 and 59 for a future pedestrian permeability linkage to serve lands to the rear and south of units 59 – 70.
