A Large Scale Residential Develepment - LRD - amendments to Strategic Housing Development (SHD) approved under An Coimisiún Pleanála Ref. ABP-307507-20 (as extended by Meath County Council planning reference Reg. Ref. 25/145) comprising: (i) omission of 8 no. three-storey duplex blocks (accommodating 64 no. duplex apartments – 32 no. two-bedroom & 32 no. three-bedroom) and removal of associated vehicular parking areas, bicycle stores, communal amenity areas, hard/soft landscaping and circulation areas; (ii) provision of 43 no. two-storey houses (5 no. semi-detached three-bedroom units & 38 no. terraced three-bedroom units) each served by private amenity space to the rear and 2 no. on-curtilage car parking spaces; and, (iii) all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development inclusive of revised road/footpath layout, revised open space layout, landscaping, boundary treatments and SuDS drainage. On foot of the proposed amendment, the scheme will comprise a mix of 10 no. two- bedroom houses, 148 no. three-bedroom houses, 20 no. four-bedroom houses, 11 no. studio apartments, 30 no. one-bedroom apartments, 71 no. two-bedroom apartments and 8 no. three- bedroom apartments for a total of 298 no. residential units in lieu of the 319 no. residential units approved under An Coimisiún Pleanála Ref. ABP-307507-20
