the proposed development will comprise a new Hotel up to 5 storeys in height and comprising the following: • 188 no. bedrooms (comprising 176 no. guest bedrooms and 12 no. hotel staff bedrooms) at 1st to 4th Floors. • Hotel lobby/reception, bar/lounge/café, dining area, meeting rooms, gym, conference room, WCs, staff and back of house areas (kitchens, laundry, admin/offices, stores, etc) at ground floor. • Deliveries and waste management area with bin stores, ESB substation and switch-room, plant. Green roof and plant at roof level. • Vehicular access to the development from the existing roundabout arm of Technology Park estate road.
