Permission to demolish existing outbuilding, formerly serving a dwelling house, which had previously been demolished and to construct 99 No. dwelling units and a Creche facility. The development will consist of 6 No. 2 storey x 2 bed units (composed of 2 blocks x 3 No. units), 2 No. x 2 bed apartments over the Creche facility, 34 No. 2 storey x 3 bed semi-detached units, 36 No. 2 storey x 4 bed semi-detached units, 21 No. 2 storey x 4 bed detached units. The development will also include the installation of a foul sewerage pumping station to be connected to the existing nearby public foul sewerage drainage works, surface-water attenuation tanks discharging in to the existing open land drain and all necessary ancillary site works and services at
