The proposed development will include construction of a new link road between Dualla Road to the South of the application site and Crotty’s Lane to the North and the erection of 101 residential units and ancillary facilities comprising: -12no. single bedroom maisonettes, 6no. two-bedroom two storey houses. 51no. three-bedroom two storey houses and 12no. four-bedroom two storey houses. • A three storey Creche & Apartment building with 20no. residential units compromising 9no. one-bedroom units and 11no. two-bedroom units, a 240m2 creche facility for up to 32 child spaces & ancillary outdoor creche play area. • A total of 201 car parking spaces, (164 residential, and 37 for visitor and creche) , creche set down area, 20 secure cycle spaces and 20 visitor cycle spaces. • The proposed development includes provision of private, communal, and public open space; internal roads and pathways; pedestrian access points; hard and soft landscaping; boundary treatments; refuse storage, 1 no.
