The development will consist of the construction of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) development on a 2.49 hectare site consisting of:- I. The installation of 48 No. BESS Modules on concrete plinths; II. 24 No. MV Skid Units on concrete plinths; III. 1No. 110kV Transformer and associated switchgear and electrical equipment; IV. 1 No. Modular Customer Control Building; V. Erection of 2.6m high security fencing around the site; VI. Installation of pole-mounted security cameras and lighting; VII. Construction of 1 No. new permanent site entrance; VIII. Construction of new access tracks; IX. Installation of electrical cabling; X. Landscaping and reinstatement works; and XI. All associated ancillary development.
