Amendment works is sought for 52 no. houses to include: (a) minor repositioning of housing on western side of permitted open space; (b) omission of stepped front elevation to the three & four bed semi detached units (Type C & D); (c) minor reduction in overall gross floor areas of housing units; (d) elevational changes relating primarily to window and door positioning and size; (d) provision of boundary treatment within each unit not withstanding Condition 21(c) of granted permission; and (e) revised landscaping plan.
