amendments to a permitted residential development, granted planning permission under P22/11. Amendment works is sought for 52 no. houses to include: (a) minor repositioning of housing on western side of permitted open space; (b) omission of stepped front elevation to the three & four bed semi detached units (Type C & D); (c) minor reduction in overall gross floor areas of housing units; (d) elevational changes relating primarily to window and door positioning and size; (d) provision of boundary treatment within each unit not withstanding Condition 21(c) of granted permission; and (e) revised landscaping plan. PLANNING PERMISSION sought for (i) amendments to the red line site boundary such that the overall site area has increased; (ii) increase in provision of open space; (iii) reduction in car parking spaces from 99 no. to 78 no. and repositioning of spaces on site; (iv) relocation and redesign of proposed detention basin; (v) revision to route of foul and surface water sewers; and (vi) all associated site works.
