99 no. residential units with a mix of semidetached and terraced houses along with triplex apartments. These will comprise 22 no. 1 bed and 6 no. 2 bed triplex apartments; 41 no. 3 bed houses; and 30 no. 4 bed houses (in the form of terraced and semi-detached houses). Buildings will range in height from one to three storeys. All residential units will have associated private open space facing north/ south/ east/ west. A temporary creche is also proposed on site. Minor amendments are also proposed to reg. Ref. 23/756 to accommodate alterations to Kilbride Road L6179, upgrades to pedestrian facilities and to allow for connection to the permitted water services and pedestrian links.
