The construction of a residential development of 60 no. dwelling houses and all associated site development works. The proposed development consists of the construction of 1 no. 4-bed detached dwelling house, 4 no. 4-bed semi-detached houses, 6 no. 3 bed semi-detached houses, 29 no. 3-bed townhouses and 20 no. 2-bed townhouses. Vehicular access to the proposed development will be provided via an existing entrance serving an existing dwelling house from the R-611 road. Provision will also be made for a pedestrian footbridge crossing over the stream to the north for the purposes of connecting to a proposed future amenity walk. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
