It further includes a retaining wall (approximately 2.5m high), asphalt (non-permeable) surfacing, additional permanent access road, additional fencing to match existing 2.6m high palisade, additional permanent access gate and all other ancillary site development works. The development will remain an extension to the existing substation and this extension will have an overall site area (within the planning application boundary) of 0.73ha.
