The upgrading of the existing waste water treatment plant, the installation of a lined treatment wetland, the installation of a sand filter, a pump station and a 1.5km of 12 bar 32mm OD MDPE pipe to the Bride River. The existing effluent percolation system will be decommissioned and the effluent from the fish processing plant will be then discharged to the Bride River. In conjunction with the planning application Carr Fish Limited will also apply for a new Discharge License to discharge the final treated effluent to the river.
