We, Inver Energy Limited, wish to apply for full planning permission for the following proposed works: 1) construct new site entrance; 2) install new unmanned overground fuel dispensing unit; 3) erect new ID sign; and 4) all associated site works at site located at Harbour Point Business Park, Little Island, Co. Cork.

The construction of a Portakabin site office and meeting room totaling 195 sqm gross floor area and use of land as open storage and refurbishment of Portakabin buildings for use off-site placed up to two units high on the northern and western sections of the site and extending up to 7.48m above ground level together with all ancillary development. Access is to be taken from the existing access point on the southern corner of the site. Utilities and services are to be brought to the site office on the south-eastern side of the site. The compound will be secured by way of a 2.4m high galvanised fence.
