The proposed development provides for the importation and re-use of naturally occurring inert soil and stone to partially backfill and restore a worked out quarry void on a 3.2 hectare site. It includes provision for temporary infrastructure including a site office, concrete slab for refueling and a waste inspection/quarantine shed.
