The development will consist of waste soils recovery facility for the importation of approx 1.4m m3 of inert soil and stones material to fill quarry void; final restoration and landscaping to revert the site to agricultural use, provision of internal access track linking Midleton Quarry with adjacent permitted Coppingerstown Quarry; ancillary services such as installation of weighbridge, wheelwash, welfare facilities etc; and associated site development works; all on a site of approximately 15.7 ha. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report will be submitted to the planning Authority with the application.
