Retention of changes to development granted under Planning Reg. No. 11/5911 as follows: [1] Relocation of proposed sports hall along the western elevation to provide a new disabled access into building at lower ground floor level. [2] Internal laoyout changes to accommodate the relocation of the internal lift and stairs to facilitate the new lower ground floor entrance lobby.
