Retention of changes to development granted under Planning Reg. No. 11/5911 as follows: [1] Relocation of proposed sports hall along the western elevation to provide a new disabled access into building at lower ground floor level. [2] Internal laoyout changes to accommodate the relocation of the internal lift and stairs to facilitate the new lower ground floor entrance lobby. [3] Changes to parking layouts and landscaping layouts to retain the existing concrete pedestrian pathway across the site and provide for two separate areas of parking including designated disabled parking accessible at the lower ground floor level entrance. [4] Changes to building elevations and roof design. [5] All associated and ancillary site, drainage and groundworks to accommodate these changes. In addition, full permission is sought to amend Condition No. 3 of Planning Reg. No. 11/5911 and extend the previously approved operating hours.
