Construction of extension and improvements to site boundary in the form of a new footpath and removable bollards. The building extension will serve as an extension to cold storage facilities and as an improved facility for product dispatch operations. The new extension will cover the existing office block building and will hide dispatch operations from the public eye. The building extension and associated works will comprise of (1) a new loading dock building with four roller shutter doors and staff access door via external stairs (2) one low level retaining wall with protection rail, (3) a new concrete paved open yard with declining ramp from footpath to building, (4) two kerbs alongside declining ramps, (5) a new pedestrian footpath at road interface, (6) removable bollards between footpath and yard, (7) one petrol interceptor for surface water cleansing and (8) all associated site works.
