The building extension and associated works will comprise of (1) a new loading dock building with four roller shutter doors and staff access door via external stairs (2) one low level retaining wall with protection rail, (3) a new concrete paved open yard with declining ramp from footpath to building, (4) two kerbs alongside declining ramps, (5) a new pedestrian footpath at road interface, (6) removable bollards between footpath and yard, (7) one petrol interceptor for surface water cleansing and (8) all associated site works.
