Leisure facilities are proposed (inclusing 2no. outdoor tennis courts, a bowling green & a building to house 2no. indoor tennis courts & ancillary changing facilities), golf academy facility to include buggy shed and storage shed for golf equipment, 9 hole academy course, driving range/practice & learning facility & attendant driving range bays,bus parking areas,turf nurserys,footbridges, boreholes, irrigation facilities & water features, revision of site levels (allowing increases, decreases & regrading of existing ground levels), hard & soft landscaping & all associated earthworks.
