Permission for retention of buildings and retention for alterations to existing permitted buildings at their power generating station. (Permitted Development granted under planning Reference Nos. 06/10126, 07/8356 and 07/13433), The permission for retention includes minor alterations to the following permitted buildings; Gas Compressor Building, Workshop/ warehouse/ canteen building including retention of new mezzanine level. Heat Recovery Steam Generator Building and the relocation of the Storm Water Attenuation Tank. The changes include minor alterations to area, building finish, heights and location. The buildings for permission for retention include: Waste Water Treatment Building, Air Cooled Condenser Control Building, Auxiliary Boiler Building and the Electrical Building. These buildings include changes to building area, building finish, building height and orientation to previously permitted development. Retention permission is also sought for a new Gas Reduction Station Boiler and Electrical Building and a new MV switch room building including all site and plant works associated with the alterations and new buildings described above.
