Construction of a new steel distillation column T204N of height 38 metres above ground level and 1.2 metres in diameter, to improve Propane and Butane product quality. The column will be provided with steel access platforms and pipework connections to existing facilities. The column will be placed on a new concrete foundation at ground level, with surface water drainage routed to existing facilities. There will be no continuous emissions from the column.

The proposed HAGO development will be placed on a concrete foundation at ground level, with surface water drainage routed to existing facilities. There will be no continuous emissions from the proposed development. The proposed development is for the purposes of an activity which holds an existing Industrial Emissions Licence. The proposed development relates to modifications to an establishment within the meaning of Part 11 (Major Accidents Directive) of the Planning and Development Regulations, 2001, as amended.
