Provision of 2no. new vehicular entrances off the public road to serve 3 of the proposed detached dwellings located to the south of the former convent building, with the remaining 2no. detached dwellings to the north of the former convent building accessed via the existing access off the public road (no works are proposed to this existing access). 5). All associated ancillary site development works including access roads, set down, drainage, car parking, landscaping, boundary treatments, footpaths and public amenity areas, all located at the former 2-part 3-part 4 storey Sacred Heart Convent. The proposed development will consist of work to the Sacred Heart Convent, a Protected Structure (RPS No. 32), and is within the curtilage of the following Protected Structures: Covent Chapel (RPS No. 33) Former Orphanage (RPS No. 34) and Gate Lodge, (RPS No. 31).
