The proposed development comprises; a 325sq.m extension to the rear of the existing composting building; new electrical room; the relocation of the bio filter plinth to the rear of the proposed extension; the demolition of an existing outbuilding; upgrade of the existing composting building to include the reconfiguration of the roof profile from a ‘barrel’ pitch roof to an ‘A’ pitch roof and the recladding of the existing structure; upgrade of existing on site drainage to include a Class 1 interceptor, underground rainwater tanks and a new septic tank and percolation area. The proposed development includes all ancillary infrastructure and landscaping. The proposed development will be subject to a Waste Facility permit.A Natura Impact Statement accompanies this application.
