Effluent from non-process hardstanding areas will be collected separately from process effluent; all contaminated effluent will be recirculated into the process via buffer tanks, 22) Geomembrane-lined rainwater harvesting pond with earth bunding; after mechanical cleaning and UV sterilisation, water will be reused on site as process water. 23) Odour abatement system comprising an ammonium scrubber and a biofilter with associated fans and ducting, 24) Boundary earth bunding, landscaping scheme, and new fencing, 25) internal street lighting columns with security camera provision. and all associated site works. This development is covered by the provisions of the Renewable Energy Directive III (Directive (EU)2023/2413) and it is important to note that the planning application may be subject to section 34D of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended. When a notice issues in accordance with section 34d(b), the provision of article 26A of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2025 shall apply.
