The proposed access road serving the new units will connect to the permitted residential development to the east of the proposed site, known as 'The Tannery', which is accessed by permitted entrance from Convent Hill (L-2011). Provision is also made for a previously permitted pedestrian link to the exiting northern part of the estate.
