The construction of a residential development of 28 no. apartments, comprising 15 no. 2 bedroom and 13 no. 1 bedroom units, contained in three 2-4 storey buildings and all ancillary site works. Vehicular and pedestrian access to the proposed development will be provided via the existing entrance from Watergate Street, which will be upgraded.
