Permission is sought to complete the construction of 43 no. dwelling houses (consisting of 2 no. semi-detached units and 41 no. terraced units, with 21 no. dwelling houses to include the option for a ground floor extension to rear) and all associated ancillary site development and site servicing infrastructure works to include landscaping, lighting, drainage and parking. The dwellings for which permission is being sought have been commenced in accordance with the permission granted under Pl.Reg.No. 06/12722 / An Bord Pleanála Ref. No. PL04.224953 and extended under Pl.Reg.No’s. 13/4725, 18/4980 and 21/7517 and will not be fully completed when the permission expires on 31st December 2023. Permission is therefore sought for any works which will then be required to complete the dwellings in accordance with the plans and particulars approved by An Bord Pleanála under Ref. No. PL04.224953 and the existing Section 96 agreement with the planning authority under Condition 38 of the Bord’s Decision. Access to the site will be via the fully completed vehicular entrance onto Grange Terrace Road (L-2216-219) which is permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 06/12722 / An Bord Pleanála No. 04.224953.
