Planning permission is also sought for the retention of the existing site entrance and road boundary treatments, as constructed (from that permitted under Plg. Ref. no. 066692), serving the existing family farm and dwelling on site, from the local public road (L2216). Planning permission is sought for the existing site entrance, to be used as a shared entrance to access both the existing adjacent family farm & dwelling and the new proposed Yoga & Wellness Centre.
