The proposed residential development comprises phase 2 of the scheme, with Phase 1 previously granted under Plg/ reg. No. 23/6403 (consisting of permitted 16 no. dwelling houses and associated site works). Phase 2 of the proposed residential development will consist of the construction of 11 no. new dwelling houses (comprising a mix of 1 no. 4 bedroom 2-storey detached dwelling house, 2 no. 2 bedroom 2 storey semi-detached dwelling houses, 4 no. 3 bedroom 2-storey semi-detached dwelling houses, 4 no. 4 bedroom 2-storey semi-detached dwelling houses) and all associated ancillary site development works including the removal of an existing gated site agricultural entrance and associated piers, located along south boundary. Vehicular and pedestrian access to the proposed development will be provided via the estate entrance, as permitted under 23/6403, from Old Clonakilty Road (L2063), to the south of the proposed site. The internal access road and footpath, as permitted under Plg.Reg.No. 23/6403, will be extended to the west, to serve the proposed Phase 2 residential development.
