- 1)to construct 7 no. light industrial / warehouse units (Units 1 to 2 at Block A, Units 3 to 7 at Block B) with a gross total floor area of 2058.54sq.m, to be accessed via existing gated site entrance from shared access road serving the adjoining IDA Business and Technology Park
- 2)proposed alterations to and extension of existing internal access road and provision of new internal footpaths to serve new development
- 3)the development will also include construction of; 1no. ESB substation to serve development, car parking spaces including EV, accessible parking bays and visitor parking and bicycle parking shelters; covered bin storage areas; new boundary treatments; new signage on site; hard and soft landscaping, public lighting and all associated site development works above and below ground.
