The proposed development comprises site clearance works and the construction of a new Church / Parish Pastoral Centre building. The floorspace of the new Church / Pastoral Centre extends to approximately 457 sq.m (GFA) across a single level. The proposed building varies in height from a single storey height up to a maximum height of approximately 12.04m above corresponding ground level. An external courtyard garden is provided to the west of the building.
