for the construction of three (four-bedroomed) two storey, detached single family houses of individual design and located on individually defined plots, all within the curtilage of Johnstown House Business Centre, which is a protected structure, (KCC Development Plan Listing Ref: B19-22) and (NIAH Ref: 11812020). The proposed three houses will contain a mixture of gable and hipped slated roofs, with smooth and roughcast rendered finishes and including some selected stone to external walls. External structures to serve the new houses will include two external flat roofed single storey stores, and one flat roofed single storey garage and WC.
