SHD Stage 3: Full application is available to view on www.oldslaneroadshd.ie Further to Stage 2 ref. no. 20/169, An application has been made to An Bord Pleanala for permission for a 237 no. dwellings in detached, semi-detached, terraced/townhouse, terraced/duplex and apartment form. Building range in height from 1 to 5 storeys in the following mix - 19 no. 1 bed, 98 no. 2 bed, 99 no. 3 bed and 21 no. 4 bed. Apartment block 5 will have an undercroft car park.
