A two storey building (above undercroft car and cycle parking and associated and ancillary services at lower ground level) with flat roof (with Solar PV Array, plant enclosure and lift equipment) measuring c. 1,815 sqm gross floor space; 2. Surface car and cycle parking and set down area at ground level amalgamating with permitted car parking, circulation aisles and site access (relating to the extension to the existing Primary Care Centre – Reg. The proposed building is primarily single storey with part two storey to the front of the building. The development will consist of a new vehicular entrance and pedestrian access routes, landscaped therapy gardens, 43 vehicular parking spaces, bicycle stand, designated external services area, ESB substation, renewable energy sources, and plant at roof level, new connection to public sewer and all ancillary site development works.
