The proposed amendments to permission PL25/60044 comprise the following: (1) Changes to the layout and elevations through the addition of a 96 m² shell and core storey at Level 6. The total floor area of the Nuclear Medicine extension block, as amended, will be 440 m². (2) Changes to the layout and elevations through the introduction of a shell and core area in lieu of the plant room at Level 5.
