The previously granted permission PL25/60044 comprised a three-storey, 344 m² Nuclear Medicine extension. The proposed amendments to permission PL25/60044 comprise the following: (1) Changes to the layout and elevations through the addition of a 96 m² shell and core storey at Level 6. The total floor area of the Nuclear Medicine extension block, as amended, will be 440 m². (2) Changes to the layout and elevations through the introduction of a shell and core area in lieu of the plant room at Level 5.

Protected Structure: The proposed development is situated within the curtilage of a Protected Structure: Block A, A 1940's institutional building of regional significance listed under the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage (NIAH Reg. No. 32008001).
