The proposed amendments to permission PL25/60044 comprise the following: (1) Changes to the layout and elevations through the addition of a 96 m² shell and core storey at Level 6. Protected Structure: The proposed development is situated within the curtilage of a Protected Structure: Block A, A 1940's institutional building of regional significance listed under the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage (NIAH Reg.
