Alteration to the plans and elevations of a previously approved (S01A/0075) creche facility (located on ground floor 606m.sq.) and an office space (located on first floor 606m.sq.) which is part of an overall block, the remainder of the previously approved application (a Community Facility Building), requires no changes and is currently under construction. The alterations are so as to provide the creche management with a more useable space which in turn increases the floor area. This would bring the floor area from a previous total of 1416m.sq. to a new total of 1678m.sq. The overall height of the proposal would be 8340mm. The application also includes the addition of 6 no. car parking spaces bringing the total to 27, and landscaping and boundary treatments.
