The alterations are so as to provide the creche management with a more useable space which in turn increases the floor area. This would bring the floor area from a previous total of 1416m.sq. to a new total of 1678m.sq. The overall height of the proposal would be 8340mm. The application also includes the addition of 6 no. car parking spaces bringing the total to 27, and landscaping and boundary treatments.
