Amendments to the residential blocks G,H, and J of an approved mixed-use development including the retention of Protect Structures (Planning Register Reference S00A/0554 and An Bord Pleanala PL.06S.125554). The proposal comprises the construction of an additional 20 no. apartments (the total number of apartments for the combination of the permitted scheme and the proposed 20 no. apartments is 293 no. apartments) arranged in revised 2 storey blocks (Blocks G, H and J with an additional 15 no. car parking spaces in an extension to the approved basement under blocks C, D, E, F, G, H, J and K, by approximately 5 m. to the east, to facilitate a proposed additional 15 no. car parking spaces.
