The above enabling works are proposed to accommodate existing campus activities & to facilitate the future phase of development of the campus which will be the subject of future planning applications.

The development will consist of six new signs. The signs will comprise of the following signs along the perimeter of the site: one monolith sign 5.2m high x 1.5m wide, two no. monolith signs 4.5m high x 1.5m wide and one no. new sign on steel posts. On the campus the following: signage attached to the front facade of the main building and one monolith sign 2.55m high x 0.9m wide. All signage will be lit and monolith signs will be fitted with electronic panels.
