Included in the works is the construction of the realigned Cookstown Road and the upgrade of the existing local access road.

Relocation of the existing vehicular and pedestrian entrance to the apartment development (Reg. Ref. SD04A/0373) north along the existing Cookstown Road boundary to avoid the future trespass onto third-party lands. The new permanent vehicular and pedestrian entrance to the apartment development will be gated and will be accessed from the existing Cookstown Road. Permission is also sought for the provision of a temporary construction entrance from the incomplete realigned Cookstown Road.

Development comprising three 3-storey blocks of apartments containing 45 apartments. Block A and B will be constructed over a basement car park on lands to the north of Fortunestown Shopping Centre with frontage on to Cookstown Road and the proposed re-aligned Cookstown Road.
