Change of use from light industrial warehousing to transfer, processing and storage of a waste paper stream (mainly confidential office waste paper- the major of this will be shredded off the site). The total annual tonnage will be c.7,000 tpa (c.583 tpm), which will involve some shredding,bailing and temporary storage of the processed paper bales prior to transfer to off-site reprocessing and recycling facilities. A limited and small amount of shredded computer hard drives will be stored on site approximately 1-2 tonnes per annum or between 50-100 hard drives per month on average.
