SD15A/0127, replacing a permitted apartment building (i.e. Block B) with the proposed building at site south of Citywest Avenue, east of Citywest Road and north of Fortunestown Lane and the proposed building is adjacent to (south of) the Luas Red Line and Citywest Campus passenger stop.
