The development will consist of the following to amalgamate Units 1,2,3 and 4 into one retail unit, to incorporate the east pedestrian mall (271sq.m) into this one retail unit, to relocate toilets and baby change area, to remove the management store and incorporate into retail space, to extend retail area into adjoining external pedestrian circulation space by 401sq.m, to provide new doors and shopfront display windows and to relocate canopy over entrance doors and provide new glazed shopfront over extension into east Rotunda, all at ground floor level.
