1.The dwelling is to be increased in height and consequently altered from a storey and a half style dwelling to a full two storey dwelling. The single storey wing to the front of the dwelling is to be increased in height, to a full two storey wing 2. The floor area of the upper storey is to be increased to include an additional bedroom, two en-suites, a study/office, walk in wardrobe, storage and ancillary areas. 3. There will be significant internal alterations to the layout of the first floor plan and minor internal alterations to the layout of the ground floor plan. 4.
